21st Congress International Primatological Society
The International Primatological Society was created to encourage all area of non-human primatological scientific research, to facilitate cooperation among scientists of all nationalities engaged in primate research, and to promote the conservation of all primate species. The Society is organized exclusively for scientific, educational and charitable purposes.
The 21st Congress of the International Primatological Society will be held in Entebbe, Uganda from June 25th-30th 2006. It will be the second IPS congress held in mainland Africa; the first having been held in Nairobi, Kenya in 1984. It will also be the first IPS congress in a range country of African Apes.
The deadline for symposium/workshop submissions is August 1st 2005 and for presentations and early bird registrations September 1st 2005.
